实际两级可控式减振器参数对控制效果的影响

摘    要:在德国SCHENCK电液伺服激振台上对两级可控式减振器的执行机构进行了阻尼切换特性试验。结果表明:实际两级可控式减振器阻尼切换时,明显带有延迟、惯性、振荡特性。本文基于1/4车辆模型讨论了实际减振器参数的变化对于控制律实施效果的影响。仿真结果表明:合理匹配实际减振器参数有利于协调车辆舒适性和轮胎着地性之间的关系。

Abstract:In this paper,the actuator of a prototype two setting controllable semi active damper is tested.The damper characteristics and switching transient are measured,and used to develop a multi parametric semi experiential mathematical model of damper dynamics.Simulation results show that this model can simulate the real one in a better mode.The effects of those parameters of the model on control results are discussed in detail in this paper.The control law of interests is sky hook control law.
