镶嵌PTFE镍基固体自润滑材料的研究

摘    要:研究了在镍铬钼合金中镶嵌PTFE复合材料的摩擦磨损特性,结果表明:镶嵌PTFE镍基固体自润滑材料具有显著低于基体材料的摩擦因数和磨损率;基体材料在摩擦过程中表现出很明显的粘着磨损特征;由于PTFE及鳞片石墨在摩擦面上的转移成膜性,镶嵌PTFE镍基固体自润滑材料具有优良的摩擦磨损性能。

Abstract:Tribological performance of nickel base solid self-lubricating materials studded with PTFE was studied. It shows that nickel base solid self-lubricating materials studded with PTFE have significantly lower friction coefficient and wear rate than nickel alloys. Nickel alloys shows apparent adhesive abrasion while materials studded with PTFE has much better tribological performance because of the transferring film formation of PTFE and scaling graphite during wear process.
