摘    要:崇明岛河网的水资源调度和水动力体系完全受长江口潮汐的控制,河网中水体水质、生物也受长江的影响。为评价强感潮河网治理后的生态建康状况,在分析强感潮区河流特点的基础上提出了结构简单、数据易于收集的生态健康评价指标体系,包括水利指标群、河岸稳定指标群、水质水量指标群和生态指标群,共23个指标,并建立了各指标的定量标准。利用所建立的评价指标体系采用模糊综合评价法对崇明县陈家镇河网的四号河生态工程修复规划进行生态健康状态评价。评价结果表明四号河经生态修复后为生态达标河道。所提出的评价指标系体系和评价方法可为感潮河网的生态健康评价提供参考。

Comprehensive assessment of ecological harnessing project in strong tide river net
Abstract:The water resources scheduling and hydrodynamics of the river net in Chongming islands are controlled completely by tides at Yangtze River estuary and the water quality and ecological biota are also influenced by Yangtze River. To asses the ec-ological healthy condition of the river net strongly influenced by tides, based on analyzing the features of the river net, an assess-ment index system that is simple in structure and easier in data collection is proposed. The index system has 4 indices group with 23 indices in total, i. e, the water conservancy index group, river bank stability index group, water quality and water quantity in-dex group and ecological index group, and the quantitative standards for each index are established. By using the established in-dex system, the method of analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy assessment method is adopted to assess ecological healthy condition of Sihao River in Chenjiazhen town, Chongming islands after the ecological harnessing project. The results show that Sihao River will meet the standard in ecology after the ecological restoration. The proposed index system and assessment method are appropriate tools for assessing the healthy condition of similar river net.
