| 摘 要： | 水生态文明城市建设涉及评价体系和法制保障措施两个方面,在分析水文生态文明城市建设内容的基础上,从水资源体系、水生态体系、水景观体系、水工程体系和水管理体系5个方面提出了水生态文明城市评价指标体系。以济南市为例,通过介绍水生态文明城市建设的主要内容和分析存在的问题探讨了水生态文明城市建设的法制保障措施。

Study on legal guarantee measures of construction of water ecological civilization city |

| Abstract: | Water ecological civilization city construction involves the evaluation system and legal safeguard measures. Based on analysis of the contents of water ecological civilization city construction, the evaluation system of water ecological civilization city construction is put forward in terms of the water resources system, water ecological system, water landscape system, water works system and water management system. Taking Ji'nan as a case, through the introduction to the main contents and the analysis on the existed problems in water ecological civilization city construction, the legal guarantee measures for water ecological civilization city construction are suggested. |
