Incorporation of Enterprises: A Realistic Choice to Strengthen Enterprise Groups

It is demonstrated that incorporation of enterprises, as a means to speed up the structural adjustment of enterprises and cope with the challenge brought forth by competitions among transnational companies, is the realistic choice of enterprises at present if they want to strengthen them as big groups. In the process of incorporation, however, we must make it clear the subjects therein, give full play to the government, work out a clear and reasonable object, pay attention to scale economic benefits, regulate the process of incorporation and improve the control system involved.
