摘    要:某生产水泥的混凝土筒仓结构直径大,高度高,筒仓顶板钢梁重量大,且周边场地狭小,采用常规施工方法,存在着需用大型吊装设备,就位困难,安装作业危险,费用高等缺点.改用滑模提升系统安装钢梁,通过一系列的具体保证措施,保证钢梁的顺利安装.工程实践证明,采用此方法加快了施工进度,确保了工程质量,降低了费用.

Abstract:Some cement-produced concrete silo structures have large diameter and high altitude.During construction of silo roof steel beam with great weight,because of narrow construction site,normal construction method has some disadvantages such as needing large hoisting equipments,difficult to be located,dangerous installation work and high cost.The steel beam is installed successfully by slipform hoisting system with a series of assurance measures.The engineering practice shows that this method can speed construct...
