金属间化合物Tb(Fe1-xNix)11.3Nb0.7的结构和磁性能研究

摘    要:利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和差示扫描量热等方法对化合物Tb(Fe1-xNix)11.3Nb0.7的结构和磁性能进行了研究.结果表明,金属间化合物Tb(Fe1-xNix)11.3Nb0.7(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25)的结构均为ThMn12型结构,并且随Ni含量x的增大,Tb(Fe1-xNix)11.3Nb0.7金属间化合物的晶格常数a,c和单胞体积V均呈减少趋势,居里温度TC呈单调上升趋势.当x〉0.15时,Tb(Fe1-xNix)11.3Nb0.7金属间化合物中的杂质相明显呈现出来.

Abstract:The crystal structure and magnetic properties of the intermetallic compounds Tb(Fe_(1-x)Ni_x)_(11.3)Nb_(0.7) were studied by X-Ray Diffraction,SEM and Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) methods,etc.The following consults were obtained:All Tb(Fe_(1-x)Ni_x)_(11.3)Nb_(0.7)(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25) compounds crystallize in ThMn_(12)-type structure.The lattice parameters a,c and the unit-cell volume V all decrease totally with the increase of Ni atom content x.Curie temperature T_c exists a monotonic increasing with Ni atom content x,and the impurity phase was exhibited obviously in the intermetallic compounds Tb(Fe_(1-x)Ni_x)_(11.3)Nb_(0.7) as x>0.15.
