摘    要:对某微型客车排气消声器进行了流场、温度场和声场分析,发现了原消声器设计中存在的低频消声量不足和气流再生噪声偏大的问题,并进行了改进设计.适当增加消声器容积并设计一个共振腔以提高低频消声量;合理布置消声器内部结构以降低气流流速,同时在消声器出口加强了吸声措施.对改进后的消声器进行了插入损失试验评价,各个转速下的插入损失都达到20 dB以上,比原消声器有很大提高;车外加速噪声也降低了3.1 dB.

Abstract:The flow field, temperature field and acoustic field inside a mini-car exhaust muffler were studied. The main problems are lack of sound attenuation at low frequency and air flow regeneration noise. The muffler is redesigned aiming at these problems. To improve sound attenuation performance at low frequency, the cavity volume of muffler is increased properly and a resonator cavity is designed. The inner structure is refined to decrease air flow velocity, and the sound absorption at outlet is enhanced. The trans- mission loss is improved greatly and reaches 20 dB. Pass-by noise is also reduced by 3.1 dB.
