摘    要:通过聚乙二醇(PEG800)对SiC微粉的包覆改性,提高了SiC微粉在聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂基体(PAI)中的分散性能。以Q235钢作为喷涂基料,采用喷涂的方法制备了包覆改性SiC微粉填充PAI涂层材料。得到的PAI涂层表面平整光滑,铅笔硬度达6H,附着力达到1级;摩擦磨损实验表明,当包覆改性SiC微粉含量达到10%(质量分数)时,涂层的摩擦学性能达到最优,摩擦系数和磨损率分别为0.186和0.167 mg/min。

Abstract:SiC powder modified by wrapping with polyglycol (PEG) could better disperse in the olyamide-imide (PAl) matrix. Polyamide-imide (PAl) Composite Coating filled modified-SiC were prepared, which were deposited on stainless steel substrates using spraying technology. The surface of PAl coating showed smooth, pencil rigidity of PAI coating reached 6H, and adhesion did 1 classing. Friction and wear test showed that the tribology performance of PAl coating achieved the best with frictional coefficient of 0.186 and ware rate of 0.167mg/min when modified -SiC content reached 10% (mass fraction).
