异形管板换热器应力分析与评定

摘    要:通过有限元温度场分析及温度场与应力分析的耦合数值计算,实现了异形管板换热器温度载荷与压力载荷同时作用下的有限元应力计算。采用JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》的应力分类及强度评定方法对分析结果进行了评定,实现了在构建异形管板换热器真正实际结构有限元模型下的应力分析与评定。

Abstract:By means of analysis on temperature field of finite element and calculation of coupling number of temperature field and stress analysis, implements the stress calculation of finite element under the simultaneous action of temperature and pressure loads of shaped - tube sheet heat exchanger. By adopting stress classification and evaluation method of JB 4732 ?1995 "Steel Pressure Vessel?Analysis and design standard" to evaluate the analyzed result, implements stress analysis and evaluation under the actual structure finite element model of shaped ?tube sheet heat exchanger.
