摘 要: | The SiC-Al interface in the cutting surface layer of the squeeze casting SiCw/Al composite was observed by transaction electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that there was a high density dislocation in the aluminium matrix, and the SiC-Al interfaces were not destroied during the cutting processes. It has been proved that the squeeze casting SiCw/Al composites have high interface bonding strength, so it is necessary to study the interface bonding mechanism of the SiCw/Al composite. TEM observation results showed that at the SiC-Al interface in the squeeze casting SiCw/Al composite, no new phases were observed, and no long distance (more than 50nm) mutual diffusion of Si and Al was found.
