玻璃熔窑是玻璃工业的心脏。熔窑的各项经济技术指标、使用寿命和运转情况直接影响企业的经济效益。熔窑的保温是提高熔窑经济技术指标和节省能源的重要途径之一。窑碹的散热量一般占整个窑体总散热量的20～40％,对窑碹采取适当的保温措施,可以明显地减少热损失,节省燃料,散热量可降低50％左右,提高窑炉的热效率。

Insulation of Silica Crown on Glass Tank Furnaca

In this paper, the insulation principle of the silica crown on the glass tank furnace is Discussed. Theoretical analysis shows that the service life should be longer but not shorter by application of correct insulation on silica crown without any danger. How to choose the thermal insulation material and to insulate the silica crown with the chosen material is also mentioned in this paper.
