摘    要:海上油气田开发时基本上采用丛式定向井。近几年,随着钻井技术的进步和油田开发的需要,陆上油气田的定向开发井和侧钻弯曲井也在逐年增多。对这些定向井如何设计优化油管柱,包括优选油管尺寸、计算校核油管强度、确定油管选材等,尤其是油管柱在弯曲井段的受力状况分析、各种受力强度计算,已经成为困扰现场采油工程师而急待解决的技术难题。为此,文章通过油管尺寸对产量的敏感性分析,单级和多级管柱中油管尺寸优化原则、优化方法、管柱的经济性安全性探讨,以及油管柱在不同工况条件的定向井中受外挤、内压、轴向应力、弯曲附加应力等的分析和计算,给出了定向井中的油管尺寸优选、油管柱设计和强度计算校核方法,解决了定向井中的油管柱设计、校核技术难题。对海上油气田定向井和陆上侧钻弯曲井的油管选材、油管尺寸优化、油管柱设计起指导和参考作用。

Abstract:How to design the optimal tubing string in directional hole, including optimizing tubing size, calculating and checking tubing strength, determing tubing material, eapecially analyzing the forcing situation at the bending interval of tubing string, and calculating various forcingstrengths, etc., has become the difficult technical problem of puzzling on-site oil prodution engineers and of urgently waiting for solution. For this reason, Through analyzing the sensitivity of tubing size to production, discussing the optimizing principles and methods of the tubing sizes in single-stage and multistage strings, and the economic feasibility and safety of the strings, and analyzing and calculating the external compression force, internal pressure, axial stress and bending extra-stress, etc., born by the tubing string under different operation conditions, the tubing size optimization, tubing string design and strength calculation and check-up methods of directional hole are proposed in the paper, thus solving the technical difficulties in tubing string design and check-up, and providing a guidance and reference for the tubing selection, tubing size optimization and tubing string design of onshore side-tracking crooked hole and offshore directional hole.
