矿用泡沫抑尘技术在薛湖矿的应用

摘    要: 为了有效地防治井下粉尘,本文介绍了一种矿用泡沫抑尘技术,其造泡原理简单,且可在井下方便、快捷地操作、应用。将该技术在薛湖煤矿2108机巷掘进工作面应用后,取得了良好的抑尘效果:泡沫抑尘技术的平均全尘降尘效率比原喷雾、洒水提高了78.50%;对呼吸性粉尘的平均降尘效率比原喷雾、洒水提高了81.40%。

The application of dust suppression technology with mine foam in Xuehu Mining
Abstract:In order to effectively prevent and control the dust, the paper introduced a mine foam dust suppression technology,whose principle of manufacturing foam was simple and fast to operate and apply in the underground. The technology was applied to the heading face of 2018 machine railway in Xuehu Mining, and achieved the good result of dust suppression: the foam dust suppression efficiency of the average total coal dust would be 78.50 percent higher than the water dust control, and the foam dust suppression efficiency of the average breathing dust would be 81.40 percent higher than the water dust control.
