浮选柱浮选精煤产品数质量的数学模型研究

摘    要: 通过单因素试验分别研究了入浮浓度、循环泵压力及柱高对浮选柱精煤产品数质量的影响关系,在正交试验研究的基础上利用Design-Expert软件建立了浮选柱精煤产品数质量的数学模型,并根据模型对实际浮选结果进行了预测,结果表明模型可靠、预测精度高。

Abstract:The single factor experiment was applied to individually study the floatation density,the circulated pump pressure and the column height affected to the clean coal product quantity and quality from the floatation column separation.Base on the orthogonal experiment study,the Design-Expert software was applied to establish the mathematical model of the clean coal product quantity and quality from the floatation column.The prediction on the actual floatation results could be conducted according to the model.Th...
