摘    要:研究了固溶温度对一种新型Al-Cu-Li系合金(2A97铝合金)组织性能的影响。在460~540℃,合金经不同温度固溶处理,水淬后进行相同的时效(165℃×48h)处理。分析了在不同温度固溶处理的淬火态和时效态合金的显微组织、时效态合金的断口形貌。结果表明:在520℃固溶处理能够使合金充分固溶,时效后有较细小均匀分布的析出相和较多的析出量,时效强化效果最好。

Abstract:Effect of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a novel Al-Cu-Li alloy(2A97 alloy)solutiontreated at 460-540 ℃ was studied by means of optical microscope,TEM,SEM and EDS analysis.After solution treatment,the all alloy samples were aged at 165 ℃ for 48 h.The results show that complete dissolution of the particles in the 2A97 alloy is obtained after solution teatment at 520 ℃ and fine uniformly precipitated phases is observed after aging.The excellent strengthening effect can be expected for the 2A97 alloy after solution treatment at 520 ℃ for 2 h and then aging at 165 ℃ for 48 h.
