曲轴连杆液压马达球铰滑靴副摩擦特性的试验研究

摘    要:为曲轴连杆液压马达的两种球铰结构进行了对比测试,介绍了试验系统的组成、测试方法,并给出部分测试结果,试验表明,线接触结构改善了球铰副的润滑状况,使滑靴副的静压支承能够更为可靠地工作。

Abstract:Two kinds of spherical joint for crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic motors are tested in contrast The construction of the experiment system and the testing method are introduced Some of the tested results are given and analyzed It proves that the line contacted spherical joint improves the lubricating condition and makes the slipper pair hydrostatic lubrication perform more reliably
