| 摘 要： | 介绍了生条重量不匀率（包括总不匀率、内不匀率、外不匀率）的概念，并不要将总不匀率外不匀率，同时介绍了清梳联系统的三个匀整环节以及目前国内外高产梳棉机主要采用的自调匀整器形式、性能和匀整效果；并分析了自调匀整器的滞后时间对不同波段匀整效果的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the conception of card sliver weight unevenness,three evenness links of blowing\|carding\|drawing unit,the type,performance and evenness effect of autoleveler on domestic high\|production card,points out the sigma unevenness must not considered to be the between package unevenness,and analyses the influence of autoleveler hysteresis time on evenness effect with different waveband. |
