| 摘 要： | 考虑一级评估指标，用逐层分解方法建立多级评估指标体系。通过BP和GA组合算法估算防空兵作战指挥能力。步骤包括：选取影响能力评估的关键因素指标；构建能力评估神经网络，进行能力标准化预处理；计算模式误差，确定GA的适应度函数；用GA对BP的权值分布进行优化；最后用BP算法进行学习训练，直到条件满足。

| Abstract: | Consider stair evaluation index and establish multilevel system of evaluation index by using the step-by-step analyzing method. Evaluate the air defense operational command capability through BP and GA combined algorithm. The steps include selecting key factor index, which can influence capability evaluation; establishing capability evaluation NN and carrying out capability standard pretreatment; calculating mode error and ensuring GA adaptability function; using GA to carry out optimization for BP weighting distribution; and training by using BP algorithm until meeting the requirements. |
