摘    要:考虑一级评估指标,用逐层分解方法建立多级评估指标体系。通过BP和GA组合算法估算防空兵作战指挥能力。步骤包括:选取影响能力评估的关键因素指标;构建能力评估神经网络,进行能力标准化预处理;计算模式误差,确定GA的适应度函数;用GA对BP的权值分布进行优化;最后用BP算法进行学习训练,直到条件满足。

Abstract:Consider stair evaluation index and establish multilevel system of evaluation index by using the step-by-step analyzing method. Evaluate the air defense operational command capability through BP and GA combined algorithm. The steps include selecting key factor index, which can influence capability evaluation; establishing capability evaluation NN and carrying out capability standard pretreatment; calculating mode error and ensuring GA adaptability function; using GA to carry out optimization for BP weighting distribution; and training by using BP algorithm until meeting the requirements.
