阴离子聚醚型水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

摘    要:采用预聚-封端法合成一种主要用于织物整理的阴离子聚醚型水性聚氨酯.并讨论了DMPA的用量、-NCO/-OH(R值)等时乳液性能的影响.结果表明:DMPA%为6%、R值为3得到的乳液及涂膜性能较好.

Abstract:Anionic polyether waterborne polyurethane in fabric-treating was synthesized by prepolymerization and closed end.The influence of mole ratio of NCO/OH,the 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid content(DMPA%) on the property of waterborne polyurethane emulision was discussed.The experiment result showed that the polyether waterborne polyurethane emulsion and its film have good property when synthesized under following conditions:the mole ratio of initial NCO/OH=3.0,the 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid content(DMPA%)6%.
