川西马井气田JP3气藏压裂改造技术及应用

摘    要:针对川西地区马井气田JP3气藏渗透率低、埋藏深、地层压力高、砂体厚度小等储层特征,通过对压裂液配方中稠化剂、交联剂及破胶剂的优选、压裂施工工艺技术以及裂缝强制闭合技术的研究等技术措施,提高了马井气田JP3气藏储层压裂改造的有效率.现场应用于7口井、10个层的加砂压裂改造,施工成功率100%,改造有效率100%,单井压裂改造后平均获得天然气无阻流量为10.92×104 m3/d,累积获得天然气无阻流量76.44×104 m3/d,增产倍比及投入产出比显著,获得了良好的经济效益,为提高川西地区的天然气产量做出了积极的贡献.

Abstract:Fracturing treatment is difficult in the JP_3 reservoir of the Majing gas field for its low permeability,deeply-buried reservoir,high pressure and thin reservoir thickness.The fracturing effectiveness has been improved in the JP_3 reservoir of the Majing gas field by optimizing viscofier,cross-linking agent and gel breaker in fracture fliud formula,fracturing treatment technology and forced closure.These have been applied in the ten pays of seven wells,and the efficiency and treatment rate are all 100%.The average single well AOF and total AOF are respectively 109.198 thousand cubic meters per day and 764.385 thousand cubic meters per day after fracturing.The input -output ratio is very clear,showing good economic benefit,increasing the natural gas output of West Sichuan region.
