摘    要:根据人造金刚石合成棒中各组分不同的物理、化学性质,提出了一种基于气相氧化分离原理的特殊热解工艺取代传统的酸煮工艺,来实现金刚石与石墨的分离。对石墨的氧化速率随温度、时间、燃耗的变化进行了机理分析,系统地研究了石墨的氧化动力学;并建立了氧化助剂A促进石墨氧化的化学模型。同时,探讨了人造金刚石的抗氧化性机理。

Abstract:Based on different physical and chemical characteristics of each component in synthetic rod, a special pyrolytic technic, lying on the gas phase oxidation separation principle, is proposed to replace conventional acid boiling process, and to realize the separation of synthetic diamond from graphite. In this paper, by investigating the mechanisms of dependence of oxidation rate on temperature, oxidation time and burn-off, the oxidation kinetic of graphite is studied, and the chemistry model of steam oxidation-supporting is set up. The mechanism of synthetic diamond antioxidation is also discussed.
