| Abstract: | It compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of demonstration text instituted by Guangdong provincial department of construction and the ministry of construction,summarizes the characteristics of construction contract's demonstration text instituted in Guangdong province,and points out that the variance of demonstration text of construction contract has the effect to save power and time for the two parties,which to lay the foundation for well development of transaction procedure in construction industry. |
