摘    要:鉴于目前国内外随钻扩眼器存在的问题,以及不能满足海洋钻井技术要求的状况,研制了一种安全性和可靠性较高的新型随钻液压扩眼器。该液压扩眼器通过投球、憋压实现刀翼的收放。扩眼器直径为215.9mm,扩眼后井眼直径为254mm,误差小于5%,刀翼伸出力为15.533kN,刀翼的缩回力为55.477kN。现场应用表明,使用Φ215.9mm扩眼器扩眼后,井眼扩大率为20%~25%,能满足海洋石油钻探的要求。新型随钻液压扩眼器采用投球、憋压推动活塞高效运行的方法,使扩眼器刀翼伸出和收回的动作准确无误。

Development of the new-type while-drilling hydraulic expansion reamer
Abstract:Considering the problem with the existing while-drilling expansion reamer and the situation that it cannot satisfy the requirement of offshore drilling technology, a new type of while-drilling hydraulic expansion reamer with a relatively high safety and reliability was developed. The reamer achieves the operation of the blade through ball-injecting and pressure-building. Its diameter is 215.9 mm and the after-expansion borehole diameter is 254 mm, with an error less than 5%. The stretch force of the blade is 15.533 kN and its retraction force is 55.477 kN. The field application shows that adoption of the 215.9 mm reamer can achieve a borehole enlargement rate of 20%~25%, which can satisfy the offshore petroleum drilling requirement. Adoption of ball-injecting and pressure-building achieves the exact stretching and withdrawing of the blade.
