摘    要:校正井下管柱深度及封隔器卡封位置常用测磁定位曲线来实现,但该方法工艺复杂、工作量大、生产时间长、成本高。鉴于此,研制了井下机械定位器。该定位器采用机械原理触摸井下短套管接箍的方法来确定井下管柱深度及封隔器位置,现场工作人员就可及时准确定位,可降低生产成本,提高作业效率。现场试验19口井,成功率100%,单井节约磁定位成本6000元以上,减少作业时间6h以上,取得了很好的经济效益。

Research and application of downhole mechanical locator
Abstract:At present,the correction of pipestring depth and packer’s blocking position depends mainly on the magnetometric positioning curve.However,this method is complex in technology,heavy in workload and high in costs.Accordingly,the downhole mechanical locator was developed.The locator adopts the mechanical principle to determine the downhole pipestring depth and packer’s blocking position by touching the downhole short casing collar position.The field operators can make a timely and exact positioning,thus reducing production costs and improving operation efficiency.The field application to 19 wells reached a 100% success rate.The costs of over 6,000 yuan were reduced and the operation time was shortened over 6 hours.The desirable economic benefits were obtained.
