摘    要:塔里木油田塔中区块存在着诸多钻井难题,常规钻井装置和方法很难满足当前钻井作业要求,为此,开展了控压钻井技术研究与应用工作。控压钻井技术主要设备有造气及分离装置、回压控制及计量装置、井筒控制装置及井下监测装置。根据实时监测的数据,利用回压泵和节流管汇对井底压力进行控制,用于提高复杂条件下钻井作业的安全性和效率。应用该技术后,XY722井非生产时间减少,钻井周期缩短近百天,在减少恶性漏失的同时,也减少了对储层的损害,XY62-11H井节省钻井液多达4000m3。

Application of the pressure control drilling technology in the central block of Tarim Oilfield and its effect analysis
Abstract:There exist many drilling difficulties in the central block of Tarim Oilfield.It is very difficult for ordinary drilling equipments and methods to satisfy the requirement of the current drilling operation.Therefore,the research on pressure control drilling technology and its application was conducted.The main equipments of the technology include gas generating and separating devices,back-pressure control and metering devices,shaft control device,and downhole monitoring device.According to real-time monitoring data,the back-pressure pump and throttle manifold are used to control the downhole pressure so as to improve the drilling safety and efficiency in complex conditions.After the technology was applied,the non-production time of Well XY722 was reduced and the drilling cycle was shortened nearly 100 days.The damage to the reservoir was also reduced while vicious leakage was decreased.Well XY722 saved 4,000 m3 of drilling fluid.
