摘    要:针对缺乏完善的求解空心圆柱裂纹结构局部柔度方法和理论的现状,从线弹性断裂力学理论出发,研究了管类结构贯穿和非贯穿2种直裂纹形式局部柔度系数的推导以及求解方法,并验证了应用适应性Simpson数值积分方法进行局部柔度方程求解的有效性。验证结果表明,数值积分程序计算的结果与文献[5]的结果吻合,与文献[4]中的试验值较为相近。在裂纹单元中考虑剪力的双重效应所建立的局部柔度方程更加符合实际;在同样的裂纹深度条件下,考虑单元内裂纹位置的影响,计算精度高,更加适合裂纹管的振动分析和裂纹识别。

Abstract:Considering the present situation that there is lack of perfect method and theory for solving the local flexibility of the hollow cylindrical crack structure,the method to derive and solve the local flexibility coefficient of perforated and non-perforated crack forms of tubular structures was studied,and the validity of application of the adaptive Simpson numerical integration method to solve the local flexibility equation was verified according to the linear elastic fracture mechanics. The verification indicates that the calculation of the numerical integration program agrees well with the fifth reference of this paper and is close to the test value of the fourth reference. The local flexibility equation which considers the double effects of shear in the crack unit agrees with the reality better. Under the condition of the same crack depth,considering the effect of the crack position within the unit,the calculation precision will be high and it is more suitable for the vibration analysis of the crack pipe and identification of cracks.
