钻机混合型静止无功补偿控制器的研制

摘    要:为提高电驱动钻机的功率因数,设计了TSC+TCR混合型静止无功补偿控制器。采用DSP和单片机相结合的双CPU方案,通过傅立叶变换分析无功和谐波情况,以无功为控制量投切电容器并触发电抗器,实现了对无功动态实时的补偿,避免了过补偿和投切振荡。与常见的晶闸管控制电抗器和晶闸管投切电容器相比,该无功补偿控制器损耗小,并且可以对无功进行连续的调节。试验结果表明,该控制器计算精度高,响应速度快,动态性能好,无功补偿效果好,可以提高钻机的功率因数,增强钻机进行高负载钻井作业的能力,具有较好的应用前景。

Research on the combined stationary reactive compensation controller of the drilling rig
Abstract:To improve the power factor of the electrical drive rig,the TSC+TCR combined reactive stationary compensation controller was designed.The double CPU scheme with DSP and microcomputer combined was adopted.The reactive power and harmonic wave were analyzed through Fourier transform.With the reactive power as the control variable to switch the capacitor and touch the reactor,the dynamic and real-time compensation for the reactive power was achieved,avoiding over-compensation and switching vibration.Compared with common thyristor-controlled reactors and thyristor-switched capacitors,the reactive compensation controller has a small loss and can make a continuous regulation of the reactive power.The test result shows that the controller is characterized by a high precision in calculation,high rate in response,good dynamic performance and good reactive compensation effect.It can improve the rig’s power factor,enhance the rig’s capacity to conduct high-load drilling and thus has a bright prospect of application.
