ZJ70LDB钻机快速安装结构改进与应用

为了提高ZJ70LDB钻机的安装速度,在分析钻机连接原始结构及存在问题的基础上,提出了改进传动结构和改进底座结构的措施。用万向轴代替链传动,从而解决了钻机安装的瓶颈问题,使各部件可以同时安装,提高了安装速度。通过对底座结构的改进,去掉了底座水平度调整的安装步骤,实现了钻机主机不拆卸而整体移动2次共15m,电控房、发电机房和油水罐等外围配套设备无需移动位置,1次安装即可以钻3口生产井,满足钻丛式井的要求。

Structural improvement of ZJ70LDB drilling rig for quick installment

The ZJ70LDB drilling rig can be used for exploration and development of 7 000 m oil-gas wells.To improve the speed of the quick installment of the rig,the measures are suggested to improve the driving structure and base structure on the basis of analyzing the connection of the rig with the original structure as well as the existing problems.The universal shaft is used to replace the chain drive and thus the bottleneck problem of rig installment has been solved so as to install all component parts simultaneously and improve the installment speed.By improving the substructure,the installment step for adjustment of substructure horizontality has been removed.The whole dragging of the rig without the disassembly of the main machine has been achieved twice,covering the distance of 15 meters.The peripherals including the electricity control room,motor room and oil-water tank need not be moved.One installment can fulfill a task of drilling 3 wells,satisfying the requirement for drilling cluster wells.
