摘    要:由于12000m钻机刹车系统的可靠性和安全性尤为重要,所以研制了一种安全可靠、技术先进和适合现场使用的12000m钻机盘式刹车系统。该盘式刹车系统的技术参数根据12000m钻机绞车的主要技术参数确定,还创新性地采用了刹车间隙自动调节机构、刹车片自动回位装置等技术,有效地解决了刹车间隙自动调节问题和刹车片的偏磨问题,提高了刹车系统的安全性。在川科1井的应用表明,该盘式刹车系统运行状况良好,安全可靠。

Research and application of the disc braking system of the 12,000 m drilling rig
Abstract:Due to the fact that the reliability and safety of the braking system of the 12,000 m drilling rig are particularly important, a kind of hydraulic disc brake with high safety and reliability and advanced technology needs to be developed, which helps to improve the safety and reliability and operating efficiency of the whole rig. The technical parameters of the new disc brake were determined according to the main technical parameters of the winch of the 12,000 m drilling rig. The system innovatively adopts the brake clearance automatic regulation mechanism and brake lining automatic retracing mechanism, effectively solving the problems of the automatic regulation of brake clearance and the eccentric wear of brake lining, and improving the maintenance performance and application reliability of the braking system. The application in Chuanke Well 1 shows that during the operation, the disc braking system ran well as a whole, with high safety and reliability.
