新型防砂直缝式筛缝管的研究

摘    要:针对绕丝筛管和割缝筛管在大斜度井和水平井采油防砂中存在的问题,研制了新型防砂直缝式筛缝管。该筛缝管采用三角形不锈钢直丝,用T形环箍支撑,经竖直焊接而成。对该筛缝管的受拉面积、受压面积和表面摩擦力等进行分析及试验,结果表明,筛缝管的受拉面积是绕丝筛管的6倍以上,其抗拉强度也相应是绕丝筛管的6倍以上;筛缝管在下入井筒过程中不会导致防砂失败;筛缝管与基管的综合强度大于基管本身的强度,大大增强筛管使用的安全性;筛缝管的表面摩擦阻力仅为绕丝筛管的19%;抗压变形能力是绕丝筛管的2.35倍;力的传递更加合理,更适用于深井、大斜度井和水平井的采油防砂。

Abstract:In light of the problems with wire-wrapped screen and slotted screen in the oil production and sand control of highly-deviated holes and horizontal wells,a new type of sand-control longitudinally slotted screen was designed.The screen adopted the triangular stainless straight wire and T-hoop support and it was made by vertical welding.The tension area,compression area and surface friction force were analyzed and tested.The result shows that the tension area of the screen is over six times that of the wire-wrapped screen and its tensile strength is also correspondingly over six times that of the wire-wrapped screen.The screen will not cause failure in sand control when it runs into the borehole.The combined strength of the screen and the base tube is larger than that of the base tube itself,thus greatly improving the service safety of the screen.The surface frictional resistance of the screen is only 19 percent of that of the wire-wrapped screen.Its anti-compression and deformation capacity is 2.35 times that of the wire-wrapped screen.The force transmission is more reasonable.It is more suitable for the sand control in deep wells,highly-deviated wells and horizontal wells.
