摘    要:针对目前国内外双井抽油机在开发和应用中均存在一机双井传动机构可靠性差、作业移机让位困难以及无法同时实现双井平衡调节等问题,研制了SCJ12-6.0-40型双井节能抽油机。该抽油机具有井距适应能力强、生产参数调节范围广和操作简单方便等优点,特别适合丛式井和小井距加密井的开发需要。修井作业时快捷方便,作业空间满足要求,且很好地实现了一井作业而另一井仍可正常抽油生产,提高了油井利用率。现场试验表明,该双井节能抽油机运转情况良好,平均日节电112kW.h,节电率达40.7%。

Abstract:In light of the problem with the existing double-well pumping unit,Model SCJ12-6.0-40 double-well energy-saving pumping unit was developed. The unit has some advantages,such as strong adaptability for well spacing,wide range of production parameter regulation and simple operation,and it suits very well the development requirement of cluster wells and small-spacing infill wells. In workover operation,it is fast and convenient and its operating space meets the requirement. It achieves the goal of one well in workover operation and another well in normal oil production,thus improving the utilization of oilfields. The field experiment shows that the unit runs well and saves electricity by 40%.
