摘    要:海洋石油再用油管在长期服役后容易失效而引发井下事故,因此有必要对其进行检测。为此,研制了海洋石油再用油管磁记忆检测系统。该检测系统由上下料机构、传输机构、检测台、控制系统、数据采集系统和检测分析软件等组成。传输机构采用减速电动机带动V字形辊轮的方式,可保证油管传输的稳定性;在检测台上设计了大、小检测环,可实现多规格油管的检测;数据采集系统采集的是油管本身剩磁场的水平分量,水平分量不影响检测结果,因此可实现无盲区检测。现场应用表明,该系统可检测油管的腐蚀、裂纹、管体变形等各种缺陷。

The magnetic memory testing system for reusable offshore tubings
Abstract:The reusable offshore tubing is easy to fail and cause downhole accidents after long-time service.Therefore,it needs detection.For this purpose,the magnetic memory testing system for reusable offshore tubing was developed.It consists of the loader and unloader,transmission mechanism,checking platform,control system,data collection system and detection analysis software.The transmission mechanism adopts the decelerating motor to drive the V-shaped roller so as to ensure the stability of tubing transmission.The large and small testing rings are designed on the checking platform which can achieve multi-standard tubing detection.The data collection system collects the horizontal component of the tubing's residual magnetic field.The horizontal component does not affect the detection result.Therefore,no-blind area detection can be achieved.The field application shows that the system can detect tubing's defects,such as corrosion,crack and tubular deformation.
