深水钻井隔水管漂浮减重技术

摘    要:为了降低深水钻井作业成本的压力,钻井平台有向着小型化发展的趋势,为适应这种趋势,有必要对钻井隔水管自身重力进行控制。分析了隔水管的主要结构组成部分,提出了隔水管结构重力减小的几种技术,包括采用新型轻质材料的隔水管、超静定集成结构隔水管和变刚度结构隔水管,通过减小隔水管的自身重力,可以增加隔水管的极限作业水深,改善隔水管的动态性能,使其固有频率避开共振区,从而延长其疲劳寿命。

Abstract:To reduce the operating costs of deep water drilling,there is a tendency to make the drilling platform become smaller and smaller.To suit this tendency,it is necessary to control the gravity of the drilling riser.The major component parts of the riser were analyzed and several technologies for the structural gravity reduction of the riser were suggested,including adoption of new-type light material risers,risers of statically indeterminate integrated structure and risers of variable stiffness structure.By reducing the self-gravity of the riser,the limit operating water depth can be increased and the dynamic performance of the riser can be improved so as to make its inherent frequency avoid the resonance region and thus extend its fatigue life.
