油气管道桁架跨越结构节点力学性能研究

摘    要:对油气管道桁架跨越结构节点进行力学性能试验与有限元分析,研究节点的破坏模式和极限承载力,并将空钢管和浇灌混凝土钢管混凝土节点进行对比试验,得出如下结论:(1)2种类型节点的破坏模式基本相同,破坏时节点受压支管近主管处翼缘板和腹板均发生局部屈曲,主管无任何破坏现象和明显变形,节点中浇灌混凝土对破坏模式没有显著影响;(2)在主管中浇灌混凝土可使节点极限承载力明显增大,但是其极限变形减小;(3)节点加载达到极限承载力时,空钢管试件节点区域的主管上管壁部分屈服,而钢管混凝土试件主管管壁还处于弹性状态。

Abstract:A mechanical performance test and finite element analysis of the crossing structure node of the oil-gas pipe beam were conducted and the breaking model and limit bearing capacity of the node were studied.The node of the empty steel tube was compared with the concrete node of the concrete cast steel tube.The conclusion was made as follows.The two types of nodes roughly have the same breaking model.When the node is under breakdown,a local buckling happens to the flange and web plates at the pressurized branch pipe of the node near the main pipe which is not at all subject to damage and deformation.The cast concrete in the node does not have a remarkable effect on the breaking model.The casting of concrete in the main pipe can cause a noticeable increase of the limit bearing capacity of the node but its limit deformation decreases.When the node loading reaches the limit bearing capacity,the upper wall of the main pipe in the node area of the empty steel tube test piece will yield while the wall of the main pipe of the concrete steel tube test piece is still in elasticity.
