摘    要:针对动力水龙头配备常规吊卡起下作业存在占用井口空间大、工人劳动强度大以及起下钻效率低等不足,设计了一种能够用于动力水龙头实现常规钻杆起下作业的可承扭吊卡装置。该装置能将动力水龙头的旋转扭矩传递给钻杆,实现钻杆与连接管柱的旋扣作业,有效减少井口空间,减轻工人劳动强度,简化井口工具,从而促进动力水龙头在国内的推广应用。

Design of the torque transmitting elevator of the power swivel
Abstract:In light of the problem that the normal elevator equipped with power swivel occupies a large space at the wellhead in its tripping operation,workers' operating strength is great and the tripping efficiency is low,a type of torque transmitting elevator was designed which can applied to the power swivel to achieve normal drill pipe tripping operation.The elevator can transmit the rotary torque of the power swivel to the drill pipe to achieve the spinning operation of the pipe,thus effectively reducing the wellhead space,decreasing workers' operating strength and simplifying the wellhead tool.
