随钻震击器震击力及影响因素分析

摘    要:以塔里木油田山前地区常用的典型钻具组合为例,计算与分析了震击器在处理卡钻事故过程中的震击力及相关影响因素。计算结果表明,上提拉力以及下压力对随钻震击器的影响最大;提高震击效果的最有效方式为增大大钩上提拉力或下压力;震击器上方钻铤或加重钻杆数越少,震击器产生的震击力越大,深井的解卡效果比浅井好;震击器距卡点越近解卡效果越好。

An analysis of the impact force of the while-drilling jar bumper and its influencing factors
Abstract:With the typical drilling assembly commonly used in the submountain region in Tarim Oilfield as an example, the impact force of the jar bumper and its relevant influencing factors in the process of dealing with the sticking accident were calculated and analyzed. The calculation result shows that the upward pull force and downward pressure have the greatest effect on the while-drilling bumper. The most effective way to improve the impact effect is to strengthen the upward pull force or downward pressure of the hook. The smaller the number of the drill collars and extra-heavy drill pipes above the bumper, the greater the impact force produced by the bumper, and the better the unfreezing effect in the deep well, compared with that in the shallow well. The nearer the bumper to the sticking point, the better the unfreezing effect.
