高压天然气管道内粉尘在线检测系统性能分析

摘    要:在管道内含粉尘较低情况下,高压天然气管道内粉尘离线检测装置取样时间长,给管输站场造成安全隐患;离线装置检测的样品需后期分析才可得出数据,不能及时反映管道中含粉尘情况的变化。为此,研制了高压天然气管道内粉尘在线检测系统。该系统可在很短的时间内完成数据检测,缩短了在易燃易爆工作环境中的操作时间,提高了粉尘检测的安全性。系统能更及时更准确地反映管道内粉尘浓度和粒度分布的变化,同时对过滤分离设备高压工况下的性能做出客观评价。

A performance analysis of the online system for detecting the dust within the high-pressure natural gas pipeline
Abstract:Under the condition of low dust content in pipeline,the time for the offline pipeline detection device to sample the dust within the high-pressure natural gas pipeline is long,which will produce potential safety hazards for the pipeline station yard. The data for the sample detected by the offline device can only be obtained by a later-period analysis,which cannot reflect the change of dust content in the pipeline on time. Therefore,the system for online detection of the dust within the high-pressure natural gas pipeline was developed. The system can finish the data detection in a very short time,thus reducing the operating time in the inflammable and explosive operating surroundings and improving the security of dust detection. It can perform a more timely and exact reflection of the change of the pipeline dust density and grain-size distribution,and make an objective assessment of the performance of the filtration and separation equipment in high-pressure operating conditions.
