摘    要:介绍了粒子冲击钻井系统的原理及优势,并对美国Particle Drilling Technologies,Inc.粒子冲击钻井系统的相关技术和现场试验情况做了论述,结合国内的研究成果,阐述了粒子冲击钻井系统的3大组成部分:粒子冲击钻井钻头、粒子注入系统和粒子回收处理系统的组成及其相应的工艺流程。粒子冲击钻井系统及相关项目的研究,为国内深井、超深井钻井速度的进一步提高提供了一种全新的思路和办法。

Abstract:A brief introduction was made to the principle and advantage of the particle impact drilling system and a discussion was conducted on the relevant technology of the particle impact drilling system of Particle Drilling Technologies,Inc.By referring to the domestic research findings,the three component parts of the system were expounded,including the particle impact drilling bit,particle injection system and particle recovery and processing system.Its corresponding technical workflow was also described.The research on the particle impact drilling system and its related projects offers a completely new orientation and method for a further improvement of the drilling speed in domestic deep and superdeep wells.
