超浅层稠油水平井注采工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:针对井楼油田超浅层稠油水平井原油粘度大、储层胶结疏松、出砂严重、造斜点浅、井斜变化率大以及方位角大的特点,研究应用了滤砂管挤压防砂完井工艺、隔热注采一体化工艺、大斜度抽稠泵抽油工艺,先后在楼平1井等5口水平井进行了现场试验,施工成功率为100%,平均累计增油2683.1t,平均油气比0.321,平均有效期596d。实现了稠油有杆泵人工举升最大井斜角达72.95°,最大位重比2.59。现场应用证明,该技术能够达到超浅层稠油水平井注采的要求,很好地解决了超浅层稠油水平井的开采难题,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Research and application of the injection and recovery technology for super-shallow heavy oil horizontal wells
Abstract:Considering the feature of the super-shallow heavy oil horizontal wells of Jinglou Oilfield,relevant technologies were studied and applied,including the sand screen compression completion technology,heat insulation injection and recovery integrated technology and highly-deviated heavy oil pump recovery technology.The field test of the technologies was successfully carried out in 5 horizontal wells.The operating success rate reached 100%.The cumulative oil increment amounted to 2 683.1 tons,with the average oil-gas ratio of 0.321 and the average valid period of 596 days.The maximum borehole inclination of 73°was achieved with the artificial lifting of the heavy oil by sucker rod pump and the minimum submergence depth was only 0.2 meters.The field application proves that,the technologies can satisfy the requirement of the injection and recovery of super-shallow heavy oil horizontal wells,and well solve the oil production difficulty of super-shallow heavy oil horizontal wells.
