水平井井下工具模拟试验装置的研制

摘    要:根据油田对井下工具的试验检测需要,研制了水平井井下工具模拟试验装置。装置主要由模拟试验台、水压系统、液压系统和数据采集与控制系统组成。试验台可以提供300kN的载荷输出,水压系统设计指标为30MPa。液压系统采用变量泵和比例溢流阀控制压力和流量,数据采集与控制系统由工控机与PLC联合,可实现对拉力、液压力、水压力和油温的实时采集,以及对比例溢流阀的连续控制。性能试验和应用试验表明,该模拟试验装置能满足井下工具拉压力检测和水压试验的要求。

Research on the simulation test device for the downhole tools of the horizontal well
Abstract:According to the requirement of experimental check of the downhole tools in oilfields, the simulation test device for the downhole tools of the horizontal well was developed. The device mainly consists of pull-pressure test stand, water-pressure system, hydraulic system and data acquisition and control system. The pull-pressure test stand can provide a 300 kN load output. The design index for the water-pressure system is 30 MPa. The hydraulic system adopts the variable output pump and proportional overflow valve to control pressure and flow. The data acquisition and control system adopts a combination of the industrial control computer and the PLC and thus can achieve the real-time acquisition of pull-pressure, hydraulic pressure, water pressure and oil temperature as well as the continuous control of the proportional overflow valve. The performance test and application test show that the simulation test device can satisfy the requirement of the pull-pressure check and water pressure test of downhole tools.
