RS-QF800轻型钻井泵的设计

摘    要:F-800型钻井泵部件及整机质量较大,不能满足直升飞机吊运和海上采油平台吊机起吊要求。鉴于此,设计了RS-QF800轻型钻井泵。通过对不同系列钻井泵机架结构的对比分析,并参阅钻井泵机架有限元资料,对F-800钻井泵机架进行减重设计,并将铸造曲轴改为锻件组装曲轴。对机架和曲轴进行有限元分析的结果表明,RS-QF800泵的机架应力分布更合理,曲轴应力远小于材料的许用应力。台架试验表明,RS-QF800泵各项性能合格;RS-QF800泵既减轻了质量,又保证其性能参数与F-800泵相同,且工作更加平稳,达到了预期目的。

Development of the RS-QF800 lightweight drill pump
Abstract:Due to the large mass of the component parts and whole machine,Model F-880 drill pump cannot satisfy the requirement of the swipng lift of the jungle drilling helicopter and the lifting of the offshore oil production platform tower crane. Therefore,the RS-QF800 lightweight drill pump was developed. Through a comparative analysis of the frame structure of different series of drill pumps and referring to the finite element data concerning the frame of the drill pump,a weight reduction design of the F-800 drill pump frame was conducted and the casting crankshaft was transformed as the forging assembly crankshaft. The finite element analysis of the frame and the crankshaft indicates that the stress distribution of the frame of the RS-QF800 pump is more reasonable and the stress of the crankshaft is far less than the permitted stress of the material. The bench test shows that the properties of the pump are qualified. It reduces the mass and ensures that its performance parameters are the same as those of the F-800 pump. The operation is smoother and the expected goal has been reached.
