双管分注井井下安全控制技术研究

摘    要:由于目前没有双管分注安全控制技术及配套工具,制约了双管分注工艺技术在海上油田的推广应用。为此,对双管分注安全控制技术的整体方案与配套关键工具进行了研究。双管井下安全控制系统由环空安全控制系统与中心内管安全控制系统2部分组成,环空安全控制系统由环空安全阀与环空封隔器组成。环空安全阀控制双管环空通道的开闭,注入安全阀控制中心管通道的开闭。应用该技术可使海上注水井分层配注准确,大幅度降低了海上油田的测调工作量。

Research on the downhole safety control technology for dual-string injection wells
Abstract:Due to the lack of dual string injection control technology and matching tools,the spreading and application of the dual string injection technology in offshore oilfields are restricted.Therefore,the overall scheme and key supporting tools of the dual string injection safety control technology were studied.The dual string downhole safety control system consists of the annular safety control system and the central inner-tube safety control system.The annular safety control system consists of the annular safety valve and the annular packer.The annular safety valve controls the switching of the dual string annular channel;the injection safety valve controls the switching of the central tube channel.The technology ensures an exact separate stratum injection in offshore water injection wells,greatly reducing the measuring and debugging workload of offshore oilfields.
