7000m整体式液压测井拖橇的研制

摘    要:针对目前在用的许多测井拖橇设备其速度范围及速度稳定性指标均不能满足现代测井工艺要求的问题,研制了7000m整体式液压测井拖橇。这种测井拖橇液压传动系统采用了绞车超低速控制系统及恒线速控制装置,使其最低测井速度可达到30m/h。同时,该拖橇采用了快换式测井绞车结构,一橇多用,不但提高了工作效率,还降低了设备投资成本。试验表明,该拖橇的各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。

Abstract:In light of the problem that the current logging units available cannot satisfy the requirement of modern logging technology in their range of velocity and the stability index of velocity,the 7,000 m integral hydraulic logging unit was developed.The hydraulic transmission of the unit adopted the winch ultra-low speed control system and the constant linear speed control device,making its minimum logging speed reach 30 m/h.Meanwhile,the unit adopted the quick-change logging winch structure with one unit for many purposes.In this way it not only improves the operating efficiency but also reduces the investment costs of the equipment.The test shows that the technical indexes of the unit reach the design requirement.
