永磁同步发电机内阻抗对电压调整率的影响

摘    要:通过相量法建立永磁同步发电机的内阻抗数学模型,研究了内阻抗特性及其对电压调整率的影响。结果表明,发电机内阻抗具有电流和功率因数角负反馈特性,可使电压调整率得到一定程度的改善;感性负载下的改善更多受益于发电机内阻抗的功率因数角负反馈,且中、低功率因数下电压调整率的改善效果主要取决于直轴反应电抗,阻性和近阻性负载下取决于交轴反应电抗;根据数值计算和分析确定了获得最佳电压调整率时电枢反应电抗标幺值范围为Xa*q≤0.12、Xa*d≤0.11。试验测量表明,电枢反应电抗处于最佳区域内可使电压调整率得到明显改善。

Abstract:The mathematic model of the internal impedance of the permanent magnet synchronous generator was established through the phasor method and the characteristic of the internal impedance and its effect on voltage adjustment rate were studied.The result shows that the generator internal impedance is characterized by the negative feedback of current and power factor angle.The voltage adjustment rate can be improved to some extent.The improvement under the condition of inductive load benefits more from the power factor angle negative feedback of the generator internal impedance.The improvement of voltage adjustment rate under the condition of medium and low power factors depends on the reactive reactance of the straight axis.Under the condition of resistive and near-resistive load it depends on the reactive reactance of the cross-axis.According to the numerical calculation and analysis,the scope of change of the armature reactive reactance,which is obtained in the optimal voltage adjustment rate,is Xaq≤0.12,Xad≤0.11.The experimental measurement indicates that the voltage adjustment rate can be improved noticeably when the armature reactive reactance is within the optimal area.
