压裂过程中高压管线的振动研究

摘    要:在油田,对于地层渗透性不好的地层,常用压裂办法在地层中形成大量裂缝,改善地层的渗透性,提高油井的产量和增加采收率。然而在高压大流量压裂时,现场的高压管线频频发生强烈振动,严重影响了施工的安全性和施工质量。为此,对使管线产生振动的激振源和相关的谐波进行分析。结果表明,一、二次谐波幅度较大。应用文献中导出的输流管线运动方程和DQ方法,将带压输流管线的固有频率的计算转化为特征值问题。计算得出了压力、流量与固有频率的关系。最后分析了压裂车与输流管线产生共振的原因,并提出了解决办法。

Abstract:In oilfields,the fracturing method is used to form numerous fractures in poor-permeability formations so as to improve the permeability of the formation and improve the well's production and increase the recovery efficiency.However,in terms of high-pressure large-flow fracturing,the on-the-spot high-pressure pipeline frequently suffers from fierce vibration,which seriously affects the safety and quality of operation.An analysis of the excitation source which made the pipeline vibrate was conducted and the relevant harmonic analysis was made,indicating that the amplitude of the first-time and second-time harmonic waves was noticeable.The fluid-conveying pipeline movement equation derived from the references and the DQ method were applied to convert the inherent frequency of the pressurized fluid-conveying pipeline into the question of characteristic values.The relation between the pressure and the inherent frequency and the relation between the flowrate and the inherent frequency were obtained through calculation.The resonance between the fracturing truck and the pipeline was analyzed and the solution was offered.
