摘    要:断路器脱扣线圈电流波形中包含了断路器脱扣回路和操作过程的诸多信息。通过对脱扣线圈电流的分析,可实现对脱扣线圈、铁芯、返回弹簧、脱扣杆及断路器操作过程等参数的故障诊断。笔者介绍了脱扣线圈电流信号的提取、分析以及故障预测算法。提出了基于滑动时间窗的人工神经网络预测算法,并应用于断路器机械故障的预测。笔者的研究成果为实现断路器机械状态在线监测与故障诊断提供了基础。

Abstract:The trip coil current contains lots of information,which includes the trip and operation process of circuit breaker.Through analysis of trip coil current,the fault diagnosis of trip coil,core,return spring,trip pole,and operation process of circuit breaker can be realized.In this paper,thepick-up and analysis methods,fault prediction algorithm of trip coil current signal were introduced.A new prediction algorithm based on sliding time window and ANN was introduced,which is applied to mechanical fault prediction of circuit breaker.The research results introduced in this paper provide the basis for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of circuit breaker's mechanical condition.
