| 摘 要： | GIS能有机地整合空间信息和非空间信息,通过二维、三维模型等方式展现灌区现状,管理灌区空间属性数据,提供空间数据分析功能,空间专题信息展示功能.从系统建设目标、体系架构、应用系统功能以及空间数据库建设四个方面,介绍了GIS在淠史杭灌区信息化建设中的应用.通过模拟决策成果可增强决策的科学性和准确性,能更好地为灌区工作服务.

| Abstract: | GIS can organically integrate space and non-space information, show the irrigation district statuses, manage the space attribute data, provide space data analysis function and thematic information display function through the two or three dimension model. This paper introduces the application of GIS in informatization construction of Pishihang Irrigation District from four aspects, such as the system construction goal, system architecture, application system function and spatial database construction. It can enhance decision-making more scien- tific and accuracy and better serve the irrigation district. |
