摘    要:考虑非对称柔性轴系质量不平衡和平行不对中的影响后,主要研究1个发电机转子系统的非线性动力学问题。首先基于转子间不对中的约束关系,推导了在非线性油膜力作用下多跨转子系统的运动微分方程,采用数值方法,重点分析系统的非线性振动特性,例如,系统的轴心轨迹、Poincaré截面和最大Lyapunov指数等。结果表明:在较低转速时,转子的轴心轨迹在较小的范围内作同步振荡;随着转速提高,系统出现分叉和混沌等非线性动力学现象。最后讨论了转子不对中量的变化对系统动力学的影响。

Abstract:The non-linear dynamics of a generator rotor system was mainly investigated after considering the effects of the unsymmetrical and flexible shafts with the faults of the parallel misalignment and mass unbalance.Firstly,motion equations of the multi-rotors system under the action of non-linear oil film forces was derived,then the dynamic behaviors such as the rotor orbit,Poincaré section and the largest Lyapunov exponent etc.,were analyzed by numerical technique.The results show that at low speed the orbit synchronously oscillate within a small zone,as the speeds increase,the bifurcation phenomena and chaotic oscillations occur.Finally,the influence of the dynamics on the change in amount of the misalignment was also discussed.
