片状氧化铝的制备研究

摘    要:分别采用溶胶凝胶和球磨混合两种方法使原料与熔盐充分混合,再用熔盐法制备片状氧化铝,并对两种方法所得的样品进行XRD和SEM分析。研究结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶与熔盐方法结合可制得粒径2~5μm,厚度为0.2~0.5μm的片状氧化铝,而球磨混合与熔盐法结合方法可制得粒径为4~10μm,厚度为0.2~0.6μm的片状氧化铝。

Abstract:The flaky alumina was prepared by using molten salt method which the raw materials were made from processes of sol-gel and ball milling-mixing respectively.The phase composition and the micro-topography of prepared samples were analyzed by X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and Scanning Electron Micrograph(SEM) methods.The result shows that the flaky alumina prepared through the sol-gel and molten salt method is 2~5μm in size and 0.2~0.5μm in thickness.The flaky alumina prepared through the ball milling-mixing and molten salt method is 4~10μm in size and 0.2~0.6μm in thickness.
